Because of Custom Carpet Centers long time affiliation with the NFA, The National Floorcovering Alliance, our mill partners, Karastan and Mohawk, provide ONLY OUR CUSTOMERS a superior, enhanced warranty on their carpet products.
The NFA is a national organization of premier, high-integrity, quality floorcovering dealers that become members only by being invited to do so. When you buy from an NFA Dealer, you can expect a dealer that delivers the highest quality and reputation, along with an exclusive buying power a group of this caliber affords.
Any warranties offered by the manufacturer or fiber producers will precede those offered by Custom Carpet Centers. Also any insurance claims for misuse, damage and abuse will take precedence over this guarantee and no duplicate claims shall be honored. Replacement under the 30 day Total Satisfaction Warranty is limited to one replacement per original flooring purchase.
